The problem
People have large LinkedIn networks they rarely use. Others need warm introductions into exactly those networks. The marketplace needs a fair currency and automation that does not break when a provider does.
What I built
A credit-based marketplace where introductions are exchanged for credits. Behind it, a queue-driven backend runs the network automation and contact enrichment.
Engineering decisions
- Credits are a ledger. Every movement is an entry, so balances are always explainable.
- Claims are idempotent. A retried request cannot spend the same credits twice.
- Providers are isolated. PhantomBuster and Wiza calls sit behind circuit breakers and webhooks.
- Failures are recoverable. Dead-letter queues hold failed jobs for replay.
