Golf Broadcast Bridge
A live golf broadcast data bridge feeding normalized scoring into on-air broadcast graphics.
Architecture at a glance
data flows left to right- Scoring feeds

- Graphics API
- On-air

The problem
Live TV graphics cannot wait and cannot be wrong. Scoring data arrives from external feeds in their own formats, and the graphics system needs one clean shape, on time, for every tournament on air.
What I built
A Node.js bridge that pulls live scoring, normalizes it, and pushes it into the broadcast graphics system that renders what viewers see on screen.
Engineering decisions
- One normalized model. Every feed is mapped into a single scoring shape before it reaches graphics.
- Built for parallel events. The bridge runs multiple tournaments at the same time without crossing data.
